Below are a few samples from some of my past products and marketing materials over the years. My products have included SaaS web-based applications, client-based, and mobile apps in a wide range of healthcare settings such as revenue cycle, prior authorization, pharmacy, asset management, and various other nursing / hospital related needs. Most recently, I have been passionate about utilizing the latest Ai and LLM and incorporating it within my products. Take a look!
The below video is part of the marketing campaign I helped create for the "End-to-End Prior Authorization" product suite that my product team managed. The video highlights some of the high-level capabilities of the product for healthcare providers, as a complete holistic solution for their prior-authorization workflows, coupled with payer connectivity, automation, and AI.
In this internal promotional video which I narrated, you'll see a key industry leading product feature that we were the first to bring to the market. The product is called "Ai Clinical Package Generation" and ingested hundreds of clinical documents from the EMR, categorized, indexed them and then used Ai and ML to auto-select the right clinicals for the provider that would need to be sent to the payor for the prior-authorization process.
PAthway is a SaaS application used by hospitals to manage their prior authorization teams and processes, that integrates with multiple EMRs such as Epic, Cerner Millennium, and Athena.
PAthway enabled hospital staff to efficiently manage all of their patient's pending prior authorizations, prioritze their work, and identify cases that required action immediately.
The product would then allow the user to perform various functions including verifying insurance eligibility for the patient, medical necessity criteria for the payer, Ai selected clinical documents from the EMR, and finally - allow the user to electronically submit the prior authorization directly to the patient's insurance company.
Emergency Mass Notification System
Designed an enterprise-wide emergency mass notification system called "HealthPartners Alert", still in -use today at over 60 HealthPartners & Park Nicollet hospitals and clinics and 30K employees.
It allows various different operational groups to efficiently communicate in emergencies to a subset of employees by team, facility, or org-wide. The alerts could be laun
Anitcoagulation Clinic Dosing System
Led the design and adoption of a new anticoagulation dosing system for Park Nicollet, which tracked INR results and assisted the nurses with automated dosing for patients.
This product greatly transformed and evolved the daily workflows of the anticoagulation clinic, and resulted in better dosing and outcomes for the managed patients on warfarin therapy.

I was in charge of the design and development of the “ES” web based application, starting from its initial conceptual design to eventual release. I developed all product requirements and business specifications, managed the overall development schedule and a team of 20 off-shore developers. The below video shows a working wireframe UI that doubled as an interactive business requirements document for product and the development team. The company and product were later purchased by www.ove.com.
This product was a client based application with a mobile device app that was developed for hospitals to track their inventory, location of equipment and patient usage.
The system included a full reporting suite and allowed hospitals to track and improve the utilization of expensive medical equipment.
The software was ahead of it's time, predating the release of the first iPhone and mobile apps, we designed and launched a corresponding mobile application on a color touch-screen device (pictured above).
Another product way ahead of its time I was privileged to work on the development of was IFM's "WebLink" SaaS application which launched in the year 2000. It was a very early web based application designed to allow car dealerships to manage, transport, and purchase wholesale inventory from vehicle remarketers such as GE Capital.
The application, originally hosted at www.goifm.com, ran fully in the cloud through Internet Explorer and provided our users with a dashboard and workflow solution for the lifecycle of transporting, inspecting, negotiating and acquiring vehicles online.
The software application worked in conjunction with the equivalent of a mobile-app, which ran on the Sony VAIO, one of the first miniaturized laptops with an integrated web camera, which was used to take pictures of vehicle condition and damage and upload to the web application.
